Private Sessions

This one-on-one session with a teacher is great way to learn about yoga and maximize your practice.  The teacher will research and plan a special session tailored to meet your particular needs. 

Some benefits of a private session include:

  • Gain confidence in your poses.

  • Adapt poses for your specific goals.

  • Learn to modify poses after surgery or an accident.

  • Deepen your practice.

  • Scheduled around your work.

Pricing includes up to two people.  For a group of 3 or more, please make arrangements prior to your session.

Private (for up to two people)

One 60-minute session                   $65 for Snap Fitness members or $70 for non-members

Yoga Program

According to researchers from the Stress Reduction Clinic at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester, yoga in conjunction with meditation can relieve stress and improve work performance.  Participants report lasting decreases in both physical and psychological symptoms of stress. They also experience an increased ability to relax, greater energy and enthusiasm for life, improved self-esteem, and increased ability to cope more effectively with stressful situations.

Yoga in the workplace can help reduce the symptoms of:

  • carpal tunnel syndrome

  • backache

  • neck pains

In addition participants may also experience:

  • greater ability to relax

  • improved focus and concentration

  • more energy

  • improved self esteem

Our programs are designed to enhance the personal health and wellness of the employee and reduce the physical and mental stress associated with his or her active careers. We focus on teaching the students physical poses and breathing and meditation techniques to help relieve their stress.
